Pioneer Presbyterian Church

by Stephanie
On our Thanksgiving trip up to my parents' house we booked the church we are getting married at! It is the oldest, continuously running Presbyterian Church west of the Mississippi. It is a classic little brick church, complete with a little steeple. It is a small Church, but it will hold 120 people in the pews and they can add about 30 to 40 extra chairs along the side, which should be MORE than enough. There isn't much of an aisle to walk down because of how the church is set up, but Danny said he likes that because it means that it will take less time for me to get up to the front next to him :-) The church has a neat history, and I will write a post about that later, once I find the little brochure the church lady gave me. Below is a slide show of a couple of pictures Danny took of it when we were there. Just click on the play button in the middle of the picture. If you would like to see bigger versions of the pictures you can click on the orange link below to take you to a full sized version of the slide show. You can also click on the other orange link which will take you directly to our flickr photo website.

I really hope the ceremony turns out to be beautiful!

And they lived happily ever after...
