Hair Fascinator?

by Stephanie
I found this set of miniature (2"-2.5") hair fascinators on Etsy and I am trying to decide if I will use them for the wedding.

I think it depends on how Carla decides to do my hair. Right now she is suggesting a 1940's type style that can be adapted to be worn either up or down depending on whether or not I decide to add straps to my wedding dress. I love the whole '40's vintage look so I am excited for my hair and makeup trial in two weeks!

I ordered the fascinators so that I can bring them to my hair trial, because I can return them if I decide not to use them. I have a veil that I am for sure wearing for the ceremony and I am pretty sure I want to wear it for the whole (or at least most) of the reception. However, it might be nice to have these small hair fascinators in case I change my mind about wearing my veil the whole day/night. What do you guys think?

And they lived happily ever after...

  1. I think they're cute! Where are they from? I keep coming back to Twigs & Leaves (a Portland designer!), but her stuff might be out of my price range now that things are so dicey for us economically. We'll see!
